#28124 05/09/2003 7:59 PM | Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 55 Member | | Member Joined: Dec 2002 Posts: 55 | I got the 3 spd back onto the engine of my '51 1/2 ton (the whole truck came in boxes), and have new synthetic 90wt filled up to the side plug level. There is another plug located near the rear of the housing that is almost on top of the trans. Does this need to be filled also? What lubes the u-jt in the torque tube? I know I should be able to figure this out myself, but the manual seems unclear...i appreciate having you guys available-Jim Smith | | |
