Try pulling the pan and read the numbers on the ring gear. It will have the date code and number of teeth on ring and pinion ( 10 - 41)etc.... You may also be able to measure the ring gear size. Joe | | |

I will check for a axle code which I believe should be on the passenger side axle tude, mid way up? If not I'll call a gm service rep and give him the numbers.
