I have an drivers side deluxe rear fender that I think is a NOS. I have had this fender for over 25 years. It had masking tape on it with NOS and also has a yellow number stamped on the inside. Would anyone know if it is really a NOS fender or a reproduction. I also have a visor that I belive is an original Chevy not a Fulton. It has a very distinct center piece and came off a 49-51 1 ton panel. Anyone have any ideas on this piece. Thanks

As far as the fender is concerned I would say that it is NOS. I don't believe that they have ever reproduced these fenders at any time. You've got a rare piece of steel there. It should bring good money if you plan on selling it.

The fender is definitely for a deluxe panel and will fit the Suburban and Canopy express. Many of the panels/Suburbans that I have seen that have added the stainless trim, relocate the moldings from the original location because of preference. It also looks like it is original NOS, they do not make reproduction metal Panel rear fenders, only fiberglass. I am unfamiliar with the visor though.

Same here,,the fender looks N.O.S because it hasnt had the delux trim bolted to it.(no scratches or faded paint)
As far as the visor,,,I havent seen one like that. But its a nice one..............

ok people, since the fender is only common to the subs, panels and canopy express i won't move or delete this topic (higher ups said it's o.k.) but anything else that is commom to the other "stovebolts" needs to go in the "parts for sale or wanted" and that includes the sunvisor.

Tony,

I don't see him trying to sell anything... He's asking about the authenticity. Why would it go to the swap meet?
