There are a bunch of holes in the lower lip of mine, as of a strip of something was riveted or screwed to it. I've noticed that dust and rain gets past the weather stripping of the lower tailgate when the clamshell is closed, and I assume it's because of missing rubber on the upper. Any insight would be much appreciated!
