Can anyone help me identify these cams? Whether they are factory or not I am not sure. 3863454, 965289 (F256). Thanks in advance.

I would call some place like Crane,Comp Cams or Lunati and see if they can help you identify them Here is a place that could be interesting,, http://www.camtechniques.com/
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us. - - Be yourself. If you are ever lost, It will be much easier to find yourself if you know who you are!

Owner David Generous has forgotten more about cam design than most of us will ever know. He has profiled several cams for me on his "Cam Doctor" and can grind just about anything you want. He is extremely patient and helpful, turns around work very quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Cam Techniques without reservation.

Take them into a local cam grinder or parts shop they can give you proper spec.'s on the profile and duration etc. also tell you if they are worth regrinding or just paperweights. It's tough to find those old Chevy part numbers.
