Hello! I found a 1960 suburban (jet pod lights) but sadly the windshield has discoloured (black/yellow) from 20 year old sun damage. Is there any way I can get this off or must I source a used windshield? If so, which model windshield will fit? An Apache(twin headlights) a 1957 pick up (single headlights) or a 1962 pick Up Fleetside? The 2 doors on this 1960 pick up are similar to an Apache but the front has a square hood like the Fleetmaster. Hopefully someone can assist with this info. Many thanks. so, for a 60 you need a windshield from a 60-63, and there's nothing you can doo about that 'fogging', it's between laminations, and happens to all of them sooner or later - not sure about waaaay over there, but the winshields are available here new

Go to the "Gallery" section of this site and look at 1960 models then tell us if it looks the same. And while you're at it, send a picture of yours to the gallery. | | | | | Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,780 Master Gabster | | Master Gabster Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,780 | previous post There's lot's of information out here, pictures would help. .......g | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 5 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 5 | South Africa calling!
