Does anyone have a template on the placement of the trim I have a set that I want to install on my suburban just don't know the location.Any help is appreciated. :confused:

I think the '47-'54 Factory Assembly Manual reprint has install instructions for the trim, which was a RPO for the panel truck only.

I can measure for you once I take off my trim but, it'll be a while before I make it to that.

You know the trim placement turned out to be pretty much a "go ..no go " proposition. If your fenders are true, the trim only lies flat in one location. You only really have to determine the space between the pieces and make sure your mounting holes are level.
