I bought a cover at Hershey that is made out of man made material that I'm not happy with. "Back East" car covers from Irwin, Pa. must be out of business. Every city will have someone that makes boat covers. As far as I know they are all custom made. My father in law was in the boat upholstery business and I had to help him from time to time. I had to deal with several companies that would come out and measure each boat and sew a perfect fitted cover. I am certain they could do the same for any car/truck.

They have thousands of patterns, I was even able to get a perfect fit Noah car cover for my '61 Studebaker Hawk without any problem:
