VERY nice. In a couple of years, when my 62 is done and my son is older, I want to start a similar project. I've been thinking a 30s GMC with a blown or turbo 302. So of course your truck has made it in my favorite trucks/engines album.
What tranny and rear are you using?

Very impressive! Have you figured a way to connect them to the pedal? My 1940 will be very similar... stock looking out side with a heated up 302 inside. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the applause, but the real applause goes to Stovebolt. This site saved me several times, when everything else failed. Regarding some questions from above.

Trans: SM420 4 spd
Rear: 1969 Camaro rear - 5 lug

Regarding my linkage, yes, I am using the stock gas pedal. The rest is custome, and will add some detail pics of this for all to view. It works great!! I hope to put up a load more pics by next week. Will keep you posted.

Thanks again!!!

Great looking truk!!!!!!!Love your engine. How about a better more detailed picture of that front shock mount? Am looking to change to tube shocks. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I'll post some much better detailed shots soon. I fab'd up the front shock brackets, and rear. I opted to do away with the old hydraulic shocks, with more conventional shocks. I want to drive this thing, but without altering the original looks, that was the plan. Thanks for the note.

Send me an email at home if you want any specific pics @ unser4@cox.net.
