Who or what company makes the BEST (in terms of steel quality, gauge and fit) metal repair panels for the 1960-66 light duty (c10-c20) series Chevy trucks? Or are the aftermarket retailers (LMC Truck, Classic Truck Parts, Golden State Parts, etc.) all buying the cheap stuff from the same overseas manufacturers? Surely at least ONE retailer is selling something close to OEM quality.

Thanks!

Does anyone sell reproduction steel hoods or panels? I only need the front piece that houses the latch and the parking lights on the front. The rest of my hood is in perfect condition.

I don't know if they sell anything that new but EMS sells very high quality patch panels made in the USA.
