Does anyone have a showsign or a display sign they use at cruises or car shows. If you have one share it with the rest of us.

Its probably one of those things we think about but don't get around to do it.

I took a different route, more of an old ad flavour.

I used some old boards that I had laying around for the sign, then aged them some more. The overall sign is 30" x 48". The rest of the sign is stamped metal, painted and antiqued. The 1941 and Chevrolet is gold leaf. I still have to antique the truck and add a few scrolls or a pinstripe to the panel.

Man o' Man you have got some talent...

Here's a shot of my bread board style display I use at shows. The panel is held into the frame with screws & wing nuts. I use a magnetic clip to hold my entry sheet and it's a nice way to show off my dash paques as well.
The graphic on the top is cut out of black refelctive tape.
I intend on making another display like this one for my bolt when I get it closer to completion.

Another idea I had for the car board was a similar frame, but made to stick out of the end of an old 500lb bomb fin cap I have, seein as we call it the Black Bomber it kinda fits. Have been using it as a stand for my photo book.

You could make these for a living if this is any indication of what you can do... it sure beats the typical plexiglass with Mac Tac lettering signs... Very well done and above average!
