As you can tell the pickup is in excellent shape mostly for its age. Shame the mice got into it or a full resto wouldn't have been needed. Oh those pictures of the wood box. That is the orginal wood. A low pressure piece of junk pressure took the layer of filth of and presto like new would. A coat of varnish perhaps some sanding. They were bought brand new by my great uncles and then when they moved off they left them.
