The vent cover is there and works, but from the vent on back I have nothing. I know there must be a lever and other things to regulate the size of the opening and to keep it open!
Where do you find the parts? What are they called?

There is a Cowl vent lever listed there now for a 41-46 chev truck. If you don't find what you need, typically you just have to keep checking back for a couple of weeks and it will normally show up.
