I could probably find the answer to this if I did a bit more research, but I thought I would just ask.
How many lugs does a 3/4 Ton truck have? I was looking at a 1960 GMC the other day and the fellow told me it was 3/4 Ton, but it had six lugs. I thought 3/4 Tons had 8 lugs, but perhaps I am mistaken. Just kinda curious about this. After that, it's not uncommon to see light 3/4 tons with 6 lug, or heavy 1/2 tons with 8 lug. Basicly the same truck, just different side badging.

Prior years used the same 6 lug pattern as the 1/2 tons, but also used the cool artillery wheels. | | |
