For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 11 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 11 | I'm looking for some information - none of the manuals or catalogues that I have give specific details.
I have a 68 Chevy ½ Ton with the painted Hub Caps. The illustrations in the pamphlets that I have show the colour combination as: Gray Base, with trimming in Black and Red.
The used caps that I was able to obtain are:
5 @ Gray Base, with trimming in Black and Red. 2 @ White Base with trimming in Red only.
Does any one know what the correct colour combination(s) were for 1968?
Thanks Larry Hull

All of the hubcaps shown are either chrome or silver with a black band around a red bowtie on a silver wheel, Hope this helps, Scott | | |
