Its on a 57 3200 rear leaf spring fr & rear threaded bolts. Should I buy new ones? I have a photo in Photobucket. Thanks for any advice.

If still doesn't come apart, heat them with rosebud
on yer torch and smack 'em again...
As a last resort I've cut the shackles (got new ones) and used a rosebud and press to get the bolts out of the springs..

The factory pins are an interference fit into the side plates. Once you remove the center bolt, you'll have to tap the side plates off of the pins. They should come off wiht just a little bit of force. I wouls strongly suggest thet you get a new shackle/pivot pit kit, they're not too expensive. Not too hard to put in either. You'll have to press out the old bushings, I made a press for this out of a 1/2" carriage bolt and some washers. Use the bolt wiht a socket the size of the bushing to press it out, you'll need to use a larger socket on the opposit side to act as a reciever tube as well. Then simply use the bolt with a stack of fender washers on the bushing and on the opposite side of the spring. Hold the square under the head of the bolt with a wrench and turn the nut to press the new pin in. The new pins use self locking nuts in addition to the taper to hold the side plates on, but the center bolt should be installed, too, as a precaution.
One word of advice-If you do replace the front pivot bushing/pin, most kits I've seen come with a straight grease fitting. You cannot get onto this fitting once the bed is installed. I replaced mine wiht 90 degree fittings so that they can be greased.
