Can I remove the vent window without major modifications on my 53 chevy pickup. I saw kits in brothers mag for 55 and up, but not for 53.

Yes it can be done but you need to look at other companies other than Brothers. Look at Bowtie Bits. They carry more of what your looking for. Cecil........

I removed the vent windows on my 53 and installed electric windows. It is definetly not an easy job. If I had to do over again, I would just do as some one suggested and find some earlier doors.
