I have read that someone just switched the rear springs end for end to center the new rear in the fenders. The measurements are perfect. But it looks like the spring eyes are different bores. How Do I correct this?

Your bushings may be more wallered out on one end than the other giving the appearance of a bigger hole. The bushings probably need replacing after 50+ years anyway.

I did just what you describe, reversed the springs to center the wheel in the fender opening. I pounded out the bushings from the spring eyes and reversed them.
