hi everyone! i hope that i can add to this forum with the things that i have learned from my 1962 chevy p10 ice cream truck...

to start off my truck was a total loss, rusted everywere except the frame, dented everywere and three layers of paint, after carefully sanding down the paint from the sides i found decals under the paint that were painted over, they were cap'n frosty decals and dairy clipper decals.
here is the truck below from when i first bought it and as i am working on it. i will have some engine questions once i am introduced to you all.
this ice cream truck is going to be the best when i am done! grin
the engine is a 235 the last none regestration on this truck was 1979 so i dont know if it had been driven after that....

thanks for welcoming me to this group

Here\'s a picture ...
and another.

Welcome.
Never thought about an old ice cream truck before. It will definitely be a "COOL" ride when finished. Keep the updates and pics coming.
