Hi,I have a friend who has an immaculate 1954 GMC 1 ton flat bed rear dually truck 90% stock with a 248 GMC 6 cylinder 4 speed granny low with
24,000 original miles in mint condition.
so im thinking ill buy it and sell it.
I dont have pictures yet on thursday when I buy it i can post some.
My question to someone with knowledge in this area is , I know its hard to say without seeing it . just by my describing the truck and believe me its clean. what would I sell it for?

I'll almost always pay $50.00 for a truck that is delivered to my driveway...

but for your truck, you might want to check ebay and the autotrader web sites.

The value of any old truck is based on many factors, need, emotional factors (my grand daddy had one of those) etc. what is your friend asking for the truck?

I would pay that in nothing flat, right now.

Buy the truck and offer it here on the bolt to guys that will treat it well. Or better yet restore it and experience the thrill of driving it yourself.
