I'm into rodding, and I'm planning to chop and channel my body, but that was poor work on a poorly planned poor-old-truck. I don't know if I feel sorrier for us, having seen it, or for the owner/builder who really wanted to do something neat and ended up with THAT at the end of his troubles.
I suppose it's nice to be reminded of what happens if you don't take every bit of care needed for something as delicate as auto restoration or modification.

Based off that, Im betting there are some high dollar trucks right here in this community.

Pretty easy to do now that bidder's identities are hidden-but that is more money for ePay. A guy near me built a 48-53 using a 88-95 front GMC grille(& dash), chopped the top off & painted it kinda peach colored. I thought it was the ugliest thing ever but he sold it for good $$$-although I am pretty sure it showed up on ePay later also.
