I saw some for sale and relized I dont have any on my truck!!

I am not even sure where they go. Can you tell me how they work? I assume behind the tire.

A picture would be great as well.

They go up inside the fenders (over the tire) to help support the fender, I think.

I don't have any fenders in the back -- much less fender brackets -- but I do have some up in the front.

I checked out you truck, old number seven. great looking truck.

I am thinking they go behind the wheel at the bottom of the flapping fender.

Funny, we are both guessing. Someone knows the truth.

Will the one that knows, please stand up?

The only rear fender braces I have on my truck are behind the wheel. They are only 3/8" round stock flattened on the ends with a hole drilled in each end. One end bolts to the bottom of the frame and the other bolts to the lower rear corner of the fender just behind the tire. They keep the fenders from flapen in the wind. These are very easy to make.

I saw the hole in the fender for this brace. I will make them. That doesnt explain the brackets for sale on brads site.

I also see the signs of 2 holes (possibily rivits) at the top of the fender also. Anyone know if you need a brace up there?
