I just scored another rim with clips from a 57 to give me 4 rims with 3 clips. What is the correct colour of the rims on a fawn/baby blue w/white grill? Is it just black or white? Did these trucks originally come with white-walls?

I would say black if it's a single color truck. 2 tone trucks have body color wheels.

white walls were an extra cost option - wheels were lower body color on 2-tone 3100's, black on all others
