Just a quick question.
I've looked at several web sites, including here, for what size rim and tire a 64 C10, would have had. The reason I'm looking is that the place I usually get my tires has a new policy of only installing stock size tires due to past liabilities. I've been running 235/70-15 for the past 10 years and was willing to go with 215/70-15, but the company said that they have no listing pre 71, so they'd have to research and order for me at an extra charge. I'd go somewhere else but these folks owe me money so I'd like to take it out in tires.
I'd like to add, after looking around for an outer front spindle, I was told about this site. What a great source of information. After reading many of the threads I'm feeling much more comfortable about keeping my truck closer to stock.

The stock size would be 6.70-15. That's roughly a 215/75/15 in a modern tire.

I use 225/75/15 on my 1966 C-10.
