| | THANKS!
For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 | I posted new pics of the 50 in my yahoo photo link at the bottom of this thread. It is finally finished and has about 1,300 trouble free miles on it. The bad part is that winter is setting in and it will have to be parked (well when the first snow flies) until spring. What a feeling driving something that was built from scrap, most all the people that see it or drive past seem to like it, with a thumbs up or a wave. It feels so good | | | | | Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 Bolter | | Bolter Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 4,066 | Bill, very nice, you have ever right to be proud of the truck and your self.....wish I had talent..

Looks great. | | | | | Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 427 | Gazim, So many people ask me that, my answer is always no. Mainly because I can screw up my paint job and not worry about it, but if I screw up your paint job then I have to pay for it. Get a good gun, read the tech sheets for ea. product and go for it.
Thanks for the offer but i'll have to pass. I'm going to stick with doing glass. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 222 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 222 | darn, that is one beautiful truck! | | | | | Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 382 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 382 | Beautiful truck, wilbur. I don't see blue paint all over the froor and everything else! Been thinking about building a spray booth in the barn when I get ready with my '50, 3600. You do glass? Got a website you can email me? Everything else in the garage is blue but has since been cleaned. I also used an old bodyshop exhaust fan which really helped with the over spray. I don't have a web site, sorry.

I got the seats on e-bay for 199.00 The color is arrival blue it's a late model chevy truck color. code 5968 | | |
