I am going to move the tank from inside to under the bed..... has anyone done this and what type of tank did you use? I found the demensions of a 54 chevy tank will fit where I want it to go. Just looking for more ideas and input. Also I need the leg room in the cab... I'm 6'6" so I'm redoing the interior. What has anyony used for seats that go all the way back against the back of the cab? Thanks for any input you might have. I fit my stock AD seat with it all the way back but when I used to have a '55 CJ-5 I couldn't get my knees under the steering wheel. I got some seats from Steel Horse and made new mounting brackets.
Either offroad or racing seats tend to have thin backs and upright seating positions and should work for you.
Good luck, though, the '41 cab is pretty small.

I used pipe fittings to make a filler tube and steel tubing for a pick up tube. It works for me.
