No gripes with the transaction, but it wont go past 40 mph. Odometer seems to work and a new cable was installed. If so maybe the shaft is bent. These speedometers carry a slight magnetic charge. If yours was ever taken apart, it is very possible that much of the charge is gone. Take it to a speedometer shop, and they can recharge it for you.
