(The compression is 135LBS each +/- 5 LBS) If I loosen all of the bolts and only use to attach the cherry picker, should I plan on pulling the head and changeing the gasket? Yes I am cheap!

Best if you can take out one on each end. After you put the engine back in, retorque all the head bolts, in the proper sequence.

The other end of the chain i attached to a longer bolt through the last bolt on the intake mainfold. I haven't lost one yet. This doesn't involve any head bolts. Redcoat | | |

Just be sure the longer bolt you use is a grade 8. On the aft end I use the last stud and put the chain between the manifolds. | | |
