Strange, I just check my 58 shop manal and they showed, VIN, engine number, and tranny number location, but not the frame location. I know it's there I found it on a 58 Cameo, and my 60s trucks.

| | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 | It should be close to the steering box on the top of the frame rail. Sometimes it can also be under the cab on the left side frame rail. My '55 has it in both locations.
