The handles must come off, then the cardboard panel behind it. From there, you can take all the screws off from around the metal "trim" piece and remove it. Then, take all the screws off from around the vent frame. After you remove the steel access panel from the lower portion of the door, you can use a 1/2 (I think) socket with and extension to remove the bolt holding the bottom of the vent frame (feel around for it, you'll find it). Pull the vent frame and vent window out together. Unscrew the actual window crank mechanism from the door and remove. The window will then fall to halfway down the door and hit a rubber 'undecayed' bumpstop. Lift out the glass.
