I welded big rubber casters like that to my old creeper and it works great. I would highly suggest changing the crummy wheels on stools and creepers with some good $2-3 ones. Although, sometimes they roll a bit too good down my driveway!
Being able to roll over cracks, seams, tools, hoses and cords is a big improvement.
