Would like to go down to the hardware store and buy all the necessary bolts, nuts and washers needed (in Stainless) to put the Rattletrap back together.
Has anyone made a list of the necessary hardware for this feat?
Not clutchhead, just standard SAE.

In my area the hardware stores have "made in China" bolts that are barely strong enough for woodwork and certainly not not for vehicles.
I am not conversant with the terminology for the strength of bolts but I do know there is one. All bolts are not created equally!

It had all the bolts to assemble the cab and front end. Each set of bolts was in a separate plastic bag with a label, which made it easy to figure out which one went where. I think it was about $70, which I think is a good price considering how much I would have paid buying the bolts, washers and nuts individually at a hardware store.

They should be yellow brass in color, with I think 5 tick marks on the head. Try and find a specialty hardware store in your area that sells the full fastener specturm. At home in Dallas there's a huge hardware store that has an entire aisle dedicated to just hi strength hardware. At a place like that, you could easily get everything you need for under $70. As for an itemized list of everything you need, you might pick up a factory assembly manual, or call our site sponsor or another one of the vendors to see whats included in one of their kits.
