I want to change the Cab and Doors on my 1966 Chevy pickup
Where are the VIN plates on cab and doors so I can put them on new cab and doors

So I can keep one title

there should only be one tag on the cab - front of drivers door jamb - there's prolly also a number stamped in the top frame rail around the steering box

Red, I never have found mine either? am going to check the frame rail but seeing I have a new front clip will wonder what I will find.

Check the top side of door jamb on drivers side for your vin #'s, that is where they where located from the factory.

Now that was a winner. It was covered with 5 coats of paint but it was there (whew) thanks everyone
