I'm getting ready to put my truck back together, and while I did a fairly good job of labeling a lot of stuff when I took it apart 15 years ago, I didn't do so well with the various body bolts. What size nuts and bolts should I buy for the front fenders, inner fenders, etc? Is there a place I can go to find this type of information? The assembly manual doesn't seem to have it.

Some are 5/16'' or 3/8'' x 1'' and 1 1/4''x 18 or 16, course thd. You could probably get away w/ 3/4'' or 7/8'' w/ the captured nuts for the inner fenders and firewall. I'd also use a nyloc and washers of course then use the longer bolts. That way there wouldn't be vibration causing nuts to loosen.

The bolt set I got for my 54 were 3/8-16. The parts houses have a bolt kit you can buy either in stainless or zinc that have all you need. That is the way to go IMO.
