I just ordered their kit this morning. I didn't have any problems at all, in fact I was missing a couple of bolts and called them, they sent them out quick no questions. Called again on a tech question and they were very helpful with also. I also liked the free shipping, they still doing that? And the price was the lowewst I could find for a hub to hub kit.
