Door hinges aren't cooperating. I was going to take the hinges with the doors, just undoing the three bolts that hold each hinge into the cab. But on a couple of the bolts, the nuts are spinning with the bolt. I'm assuming these were once tacked in place -- I don't see a way to access the backside with a wrench.
Tips?
I'm afraid I'll tear the hinges up by the time I get them apart.

I just had the same thing happen. On the passengers side on the top hinge the bottom left hand bolt would just spin. So I took the complete door off and used a chisel the knock the head off the bolt. I got lucky because I can reach the back of the nut through the heater opening.
On the drivers side the hinge pins worked their way partially out and I had the drive them all the way out before the hinges would come out.
All said this took me a couple of nights work just to get the hinges off.

Don't go too deep, or it gets difficult to remove the remaining piece of the screw. Of course, if the nut is spinning, it's probably going to be necessary to replace the whole assembly anyway.
