I just had the same thing happen. On the passengers side on the top hinge the bottom left hand bolt would just spin. So I took the complete door off and used a chisel the knock the head off the bolt. I got lucky because I can reach the back of the nut through the heater opening.
On the drivers side the hinge pins worked their way partially out and I had the drive them all the way out before the hinges would come out.
All said this took me a couple of nights work just to get the hinges off.
