Tell us more! Who's the manufacturer? Where did you mount them? Did you use the original horn button or mount an auxilery? Are you happy? Post pictures.

I'm with Jerry when you can. Last air horn I had was back in HS and was off a Santa Fe locomotive. Loud was not the word and scared the hell out of folks but was a good laugh to a bunch of 17 year olds.

I used the after-market horn button that was under the dash, mounted them behind the front grill, so that meant taking the hood plate off, had to do a little make shift bracket to the center grill frame, add new wiring from new horns to old wiring and bingo, I got me some noise power now, the old one you could bareley hear but now wow........did not think to take pix and hence not going to remove the hood plate again,,,real easy job or I would not have done it, the only thing you have to look out for is how long the trumphets are, mine just got in behind the grill and each one was 13 inches, you have to make sure you have them low enough so that you can get the hood plate back on, you can buy shorter ones but I just felt like the longer the better grin Fred

got these from O'rellys,, about 40 bucks, like ever thing else the, horns are plastic, you can get them even cheaper, I think these will serve my purpose,,I believe the name on the package "BIG BOSS" and yes, they were made overseas(Italy), the old horn(Round)located on the firewall just did not cut it,,,,,,these aren't like the firetrucks that you hear but a lot louder then what I have...the package contains 2 trumphet horns, plastic tube(to cut)small metal compressor, bolts, nuts, and relay if you need it... you have to supply wiring,,your old wiring might be long enough depending on how long and where you mount it,, I think behind the grill is the best place, out of sight for sure and less water and stuff to get in....Fred

try ebay

The following is a listing for all 12v horns by lowest price.
Ps you don't need an expensive horn for it to be LOUD. Mine were 10bucks and that included shipping for a (dual) set of 130dB loud!! Fiamms.

Fiamm makes pretty good horns. I'm going to steal the set of Bosch horns out of my BMW before I get rid of it. Man, they are loud, and sound good. A nice two tone teutonic honk.

I believed that mine are Fiamm,,,, I was out drivin the 52 today, not sure why, it is only about 100 degrees, at any rate, all is well then my cd starts to cut out and finally it stops, I start looking under the dash to see if I can see any wires that might be off.. everything looks good so I come in to cool off, wife says, do you think your new horns have anything to do with it,,I say it does make you wonder but I doubt it so I go back out and get hot again and finally decide to check the horn, sure enough no horn,,I pop the hood, check the hot wire, looks ok, jiggle it a little, I have a horn and power to the cd,, just did not have a good enough connection.. I suspose the next time your wife gives you a hint, it might be worth while to listen
