The directions are folded up to about 2 inch square and half of it not legible. There is no directions on how to install the power rack. It's blows my mind that I spent $1700 and get 20 cents worth of directions. I went to there site and the direction part is being repaired. They have a place you can go and find a article on someone installing it on the 48 chey pickup and it won't allow me to open it up. They said it was in a 2002 issue of Truck build. Does anyone know where to get better directions and maybe with some pictures. I am a novice at this

I'd follow these guys advice and call this TCI outfit directly and ask 'em whats up with the crap directions.

When they spend thousands of dollars on there nice catalog and only a certain percent of the people buys anything it #$!^& me off that when I spend 1700 bucks I get two very bad copies of directions that are not even legible. I seen Fatmans directions and they had pictures and very detailed instructions. By the way in their direction they said make sure the rake in back as well in front are the same. The instruction were a bad photo copy that I could not read. At that time they had no website, so I faxed a request to them asking for an electronic copy. They faxed back a worst copy of the instructions. No phone call, no email, as I requested. So I said to hell with it and went forward without them. I'm suprised that a company like Bitchin produces such a nice quality produce and for $250 sends sure terrible and low quality instructions. Good product, not so good on the customer service and tech support
