Trying to find what tranny I have...

I have an auto tranny in my truck. It has the vacuum line that goes from the back of the Holley 4 barrel carb. to the tranny. I am fairly sure the engine is some year of the 5.7 L block, at least the oil filter seems to think so. smile

On the tranny, on the driver's side, on the bell housing is the only number I have found so far:

8640800

the last 8(the one between the zeros) looks like a backwards 3, but I figured it was just wear since the 4 is the right way up.

anyone have any clue? Any have anywhere to point me? smile

Thanks...
