The problem is the origional fuel bowl (gravity powered im told) isn't getting any fuel to the carborator. I have tried numerous fuel pump..but they keep going out on me....anyone have any ideas on how to get my bowl working for me (so far its all original except the gas tank and the spark plugs, wich i replaced last weekend) | | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 Riding in the Passing Lane | | Riding in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 8,597 | You may be sucking air. Check the lines going to the tank & the gasket around the bowl. Have you had the pickup tube out of the tank. It may be broke, craked, or pluged up.
