A290 is cast into the engine. thats all I can find! I'm pretty sure there should be a whole lot more numerals around here somewhere. I hate to keep beating this horse but I'm at a loss. Should I pull the side panels and look under them? I am a novice but I really am becoming fustrated with this casting number hunt. I'd rather be making progress getting this beast started. Ron

But there are so many orphan hoses and pipes I'm amazed that the engine is original. Well my quest goes on.
