Replaced the carburator with a rebuilt one I had, and with a little bit of starting fluid shot down it's throat, it started right up! From what I understand, before I bought it it had been sitting for about a year and a half. Needless to say, we took several rides around the block!  Even got my wife to take a ride! She was laughling and having a great time. Now I think she understands ... Anyway, all the kids (I have 5 boys) piled in the back and around the block we went again! It was great.

I ended up using the old clutch disk, and just replaced the pressure plate assembly.
Tried to bleed the brakes, but unfortunately, I have a shot line in the front.. but I did take about 2 dozen laps around our 33 acres.. so I know exactly how ya feel!
