I do envy the way you celebrate this precious holiday. I wish we Canadians did it the same, but we don't. Just another excuse for extended shopping hours in the malls. An American friend described her Thanksgiving "like Christmas without all the gifts"! I experienced an American Thanksgiving about 15 years ago with friends in Phoenix and still remember it well. I sadly can't recall our last one. And if you are driving, be careful. Don't want to lose anyone especially 'bolters'! | | | | | Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 687 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 687 | Dang gone it I knew better!!!! popcorn The Truth is Out There (OK back to work) | | | | | Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 | Have no fear, Thanksgiving day is getting commercialized. This year Wally World will be open.

The "Airing of Grievances" would suit this forum particularly well.
