The truck is in good shape, it runs, but the brakes don't work. No pressure at all. This is going to be my starting point. Does anyone know where I can get a service manual that will describe the bleeding process for this type of brake system. I have never worked with a master cylinder on the frame before. Also, I am not familar with the air filter setup on the this engine. It is the 235/6 . It has the pot type air cleaner with oil in the sump. Is there a good replacement for this or is this the preferred cleaner? Any help would be appreciated. 1959 Chevy Apache/Napco conversion

For bleedin you might want to look at this. web page Since you have a Napco rig, you might want to go to links (top of this page) and see the information on the Napco owners group. There are dry air filters that fit ur carb and also some guys drain the oil bath and put a dry element in--do a search on air filter in the E&D shop. Welcome and gud luk.
