do i have to establish a web site to post pictures to this site. i finally broke down and bought a digital camera last week but do not know how to post to my profile or and any other site. please help. ron

For some reason they allow people to post pictures for free.

thanks to the both of you. i am going to try the webshots.com. this all so new to me. i avoided all this for years now it is catching up to me. if i am shown how i can do it but the computer guys want to keep it all tho themselves. oh well. thanks again. ron

WBO - Sorry I wasn't able to get to this yesterday. We have an FAQ on posting images in the forums.

Besides, webshots -- have your checked to see if your internet service provider offers server space for free? Many do. You're probably not going to want to do anything fancy. Just need a place to put them so you can link to them.

Let us know how it goes. There are quite a few who use webshots and they may be able to help walk you through it.
