A long, long time ago I seem to recall running across a source for replacement bed strips but they didn't have any long enough for my flatbed. They need to be a shade over 9 feet long. Well, I finally got around to ripping out the rotten wood from the bed last weekend and I need to replace the bed strips (even if I have to weld pieces onto shorter ones to get the length I need.) Can anyone direct me to some sources for bed strips? I can't remember where I found them. Thanks, David
The only thing more amazing than my ability to cram 60 minutes of work into a 9 hour day is my talent for making it look effortless! Thats 1" short of 9'. Their catalog also has this warning..."non-punched strips may be slightly longer and need to be trimmed to proper length". Maybe you can talk 'em into sending you their longest ones? Part# BP118 listed at $8.50 each in the catalog.
