If I put a 3.40 rear end in my 66 would I have any problems going 70 on the interstate. I plan on having it on the road quite a bit. I have a 350 with a turbo 350 transmission in it. thanks

Your looking at about 2850 rpm's at 70 with 28" tires (common on 15" wheels) or 2660 with 30" (common on 16's). You'd probably be looking for OD about then.....

You might want to consider going with a 3.08. Does pretty good in my 69 with 350/ th400.
