I found a loaded 64 at the salvage yard, has the linkage-type hydraulic ram-style power assist steering. Looks to be all there & I could get it cheap but is it worth it & are parts still available?? This is the 1st setup I've actually seen. Brian

Brian, yeah get it. That stuff is hard to come by. Autozone has replacement stuff. You can verify on their website.
