It runs, has power, but is blowing sparks out of the pipe. It is a little ruff sounding but not sure if the carb is out of adjustment or what.
I assume I need lead additive also? | | |

Run engine at ideling speed.
Loosen distributor clamp and rotate distributor body until the steel ball on the flywheel lines up with the pointer on the flywheel housing.
Tighten the distributor clamp.
The timing hole is on the starter side of the flywheel.
